Program Development
Richard C. Pacetti, President. Dickis a technology manager for Mecklenburg County (NC). He has extensive experience in technical and construction project management as well as training and development. He has led university and business teaching teams to China and Turkey.
Media Specialist
David A. Harris, Vice-president. Dave is a technical consultant for J.R. Cole Industries and has over 40 years experience in the printing industry. David has taught in the University Summer Program and has led several teams to research new programs.
Business Development
David G. Simpson, Secretary. Dave is a sales executive for OSI Specialties, a multinational chemical company. He previously managed a 501(c)(3) corporation for promoting amateur sports and gymnastics. He is the one who gets the faxes and mail.
Program Development Coordinator
George Rose (Chinese adopted name - Kiaren) George develops volunteer programs in the Yunnan and Sichuan regions of China in coordination with local Chinese educational institutions and businesses. George travels between China and the USA to coordinate volunteer teams and Chinese University program administrators. George's career has been as an IBM Software Engineer developing internet and host based banking applications. George has taught during many of the Edge Summer English programs in China. He has a love of teaching and desires to teach extensively in China. He is developing advanced American-English materials to expand conversational and cultural understanding. George and his wife, Toni, live in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Communications
Pat Greene / Gail Caraway. Pat is the manager of her own computer consulting company in Charlotte NC. Gail has a real heart for people. These ladies link team members in the field and people at home.
Curriculum Development
Phyllis Merritt/Ivanna Thrower. Phyllis served as the ESL coordinator at Baylor University and has a Masters in history. Ivanna is the newest addition to our team and is an EFL Teacher Trainer in the Charlotte Schools and also has her Master in Education. All these women have a love for teaching and sharing their knowledge with others.
Training Director
Ted Miracle Edd. Ted is a vice principal for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. He is responsible for organizing the training materials and briefing project teams about their assignments. He has been to China many times with the Middle-School Programs.
Training Presenter
Eleanor Ward Eleanor Eleanor is a gifted teacher with a passion for sharing with the Chinese. She and her husband are owners of WARDTANK company in Charlotte. They split their time between homes in NC and Alabama.
Web Site
Nolan Tomboulian Nolan has been a Team Leader and teacher for Chengdu University Summer Program. He has 21 years of experience in Banking /IT, and community college teaching experience. He also has an MBA from Wake Forest and teaches ESL classes and has been a volunteer chess coach in the public schools. Nolan is now Teaching Computer Technology at Piedmont Open Middle School in Charlotte. His wife, Jodi teaches art and math and she was awarded the Middle-School teacher of the year.

Support
Lots of Volunteers. The success of the EDGE is in the hearts of the volunteers who are willing to go "To The Edge" and make sacrifices of their time and resources. While not everyone can go, the financial contributions and donations of many 'partners' has allowed us to send people and supplies that bring life changing experiences.
